Xanadu FAQ and site updates

The Xanadu HyperWave web site has now been moved from "experimental"
to "production".  The site continues to be available at the usual
address http://www.xanadu.net/xanadu/ but the experimental service on
port 8080 has been discontinued.  We have released an Internet Draft on
fine-grained transclusion in HTML.  The FAQ and bibliography have been
updated again and are now at version 1.53, and the Xanadu mailing lists
are now available in a new format (using a new mail archiving program
I am developing) at http://www.xanadu.net/hwmail/
