Xanadu FAQ and WWW updates

At long last, I've completed the job I started in May 1995 and released
an update to the Xanadu FAQ (now version 1.5).  The bibliography just
keeps growing and is now a separate file rather than part of the FAQ as
in the past.  Both the FAQ and the bibliography are available on the
Xanadu WWW site which now has a short video of Ted and - with many
thanks to Pride Music - even a Xanadu theme song!  The site is also
now available via HyperWave (formerly Hyper-G).
