:zz: "Special compression libraries"

This fax is in TIFF, but if unreadable,
 download the free reader at

This fax describes a new library of specialized compression
routines which (for instance) allow individual elements
of a database to be accessed even in compressed form.

This might be of interest to the ZZ project at some time in the future.

It appears to be synchro-dipity that brought the fax in today.
