Hi Jun--
>Is there any files like "new file"?
Yes. Remember that ZZ always works on a file called
"zigzag.data" if you call it by itself, as follows:
zigzag
If the file "zigzag.data" already exists, it will be opened.
If "zigzag.data" does not already exists, it will be created.
However, IF you call ZZ with another filename, like this--
zigzag whatever
then it will operate on file "whatever". The same as with
"zigzag.data",
If the file "whatever" already exists, it will be opened.
If "whatever" does not already exists, it will be created.

You can of course delete the existing "zigzag.data".

If you overwrite the whole file, that works. It would
be a lot of trouble to open a file and overwrite its cells
one at a time!
