TPJ Article?

I was talking to one of the TPJ (The Perl Journal) people on #perl in
IRC today about how I wanted a subscription and couldn't afford it ...
and he pointed out that people who write articles get a 2-year
subscription for free.  So we talked about what sort of article I might
be able to write ... and come up with ZigZag!

I thought I'd better ask though, is there any objection to me writing
about ZZ for them?

I thought I'd do a "what is zigzig" intro, why did Ted start it and
what we have coded explaining it's a prototype, how/where to download
it, then a bit of a tutorial about getting started, addresses for the
web stuff and mailing lists ... anybody got ideas to flesh that out?
