Saw this reviewed on page 156 of the October issue of Australian Personal
Computer: Smalled v1.45, an OS/2 editor which keeps all the formatting
info in the OS/2 extended attributes (similar to the Mac "resource fork"),
resulting in the files containing nothing but pure ASCII in the data fork.
