current ent pseudo-pseudo-constructors

The constructors I use for Ent loaves are an interesting divergence
from the conventions we agreed on at the pseudo-constructor meeting.
All the constructors for Loaves return Crums.  A crum contains an
extracted wisp and a loaf of the type requested.  Now that all the
structure is settled, I might find some way to clean this up.  I hope
it's possible.
