Stamps vs. PartKeys

Most of the operations that use Stamps for reference I can imagine
also wanting to use PartKeys (or Part Stamps?). The particular
example that came up before was the map-wrt operation where I want the
result wrt a particular subOrgl of a multiOrgl. I can't think of any
other examples at the moment. Can you? Does this make any sense?
