zz: Can we switch Netscape windows dynamically?

Andrew,

When we get Netscape Javascript windows working,
 I presume we can have a command that moves a new one
 to the front out of our ZZ server, right?

Unfortunately there's no simple way of distinguishing the contents
 of the one that's in front; it just has to be *recognized* as in front.
 (We could dim the others later ...)
