this is the primary reason that I advocate copying images using the
operating system rather than the smalltalk saveAs facility. If you
change image names, smalltalk will get slightly confused about the
name of the changes file. I dedicate a directory per image, then just
copy the whole directory. The changes file is then always known to be
':base.cha'.
