Snoop Sensors

A Recorder will only catch things that the creator of the Recorder
could read.  Since most mail sent to you will only be readable by you,
it won't show up on any Recorder placed by someone else.  They can
however place a recorder on your mailbox, and they will be alerted to
any mail sent to you that they are allowed to read.

NOTE the use of the term Recorder, not Sensor.  This change of
terminology is OFFICIAL.  Yes, the Government of Lantibia in Exile has
declared 'Recorder' the one true name for Sensor-like things.  (Of
course since they don't have much in the way of armament, they're
willing to negotiate other changes...).
